About Brad

Brad brings nearly three decades of experience in the club and hospitality industry, beginning his career in 1996. Throughout his professional journey, he has remained committed to delivering the highest standards of quality and service to members and guests, while fostering strong leadership cultures and sound business operations. Most recently, Brad spent six years with ICON Manager Services (Troon Golf), where he served in several senior executive roles- Vice President, Senior Vice President, and ultimately President. In these positions, he oversaw daily operations for a premier portfolio of luxury golf courses and communities, providing guidance and direction to a team of more than 2,000 employees. A passionate advocate for talent development, Brad also founded and chaired “NextGen,” a leadership program that achieved a 90% internal promotion success rate. Prior to his time with ICON, Brad served as Vice President of Operations for Pope Golf, overseeing multiple private club properties. His well-rounded background also includes roles within private clubs as both a Head Golf Professional and General Manager. In addition to his PGA training, Brad holds a CAM license and degrees in Marketing and Economics from the University of South Florida. Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time outdoors and embracing the Florida lifestyle. He and his wife, Katie, have been married for 21 years and are the proud parents of two daughters- Rebecca (19) and Rachel (16).

About Jeff

Jeff Verberg is a lifelong hospitality professional who grew up in Philadelphia and began his career in his family’s Italian restaurant. With decades of leadership and operational experience across Orlando, Houston, Florida and Pennsylvania, he has managed high-end restaurants, historic venues, and private clubs. Most recently, he served as Club Manager and Food & Beverage Director at Carlouel Yacht & Beach Club and Tampa Palms Golf & Country Club. Now back in the Tampa Bay area to be closer to family, Jeff returned to Invited and joined the Ardea team. Outside of work, he and his wife, Tamara, enjoy travel, great food, sunsets, beach walks and spending time with their son, Evan.

About Kelly

With more than 12 years of experience in private-club membership and sales leadership, Kelly brings deep industry knowledge and a relationship-driven approach to growing and supporting the Club community. Prior to joining Ardea, Kelly spent 10 years with Bradenton Country Club, where she built a strong foundation in membership development, retention strategy, and personalized service. A Florida native, Kelly was born and raised in the Sarasota–Bradenton area and is a graduate of the University of Florida. Now residing in St. Petersburg, she remains deeply connected to the local community and the game of golf. Alongside her partner, George, Kelly brings a genuine passion for the club lifestyle to their work with Members and prospective Members alike.
